Choose how you let go.
A full-body massage built around what your body tells me on the day. I combine long, flowing strokes with focused work on the knots in your neck, shoulders and lower back, and adjust the pressure as I go — firm where you hold tension, lighter where you need to let go.
Good foreveryday stiffness · desk posture · restless sleep

Good forstress and restlessness · fatigue · feeling scattered
Call to bookAn active, energising treatment. I use palms, thumbs, knees and feet to apply pressure and guide you through assisted stretches from the feet up to the neck. Wear loose, comfortable clothes — you will get up feeling longer and lighter.
Good fortight hips and hamstrings · flexibility · low energy
Call to bookSlow, deliberate pressure that works into the deeper layers of muscle and fascia to release chronic knots and old tension patterns. It can feel intense in places, so we agree on the pressure first and I keep checking in with you throughout.

Traditional cupping. The cups create a gentle suction that lifts the tissue, draws circulation to tight areas and lets the muscle soften before I work it by hand. Round marks are normal and fade within a few days.
Good fortight back and shoulders · after training
Call to bookSmooth basalt stones, heated and oiled, glide along the back and rest on key points so the warmth sinks deep into the muscle. The heat does part of the work, which lets me go deeper with less pressure.
